Organisations

Australian Veterinary Acupuncture Association (AVAA)
The AVAA is a special interest group of the AVA. Its membership consists of veterinarians who have a special interest in the use of acupuncture in clinical practice

International Veterinary Acupuncture Society (IVAS)
The IVAS aims "to promote and encourage scientific investigation and research into the philosophy, technique and practice of veterinary acupuncture and to work for the integration of veterinary acupuncture into the established science of veterinary medicine and surgery". The site contains basic explanations of acupuncture techniques and includes links to other sites.

American Academy of Veterinary Acupuncture (AAVA)
The AAVA is a US based organisation that promotes the use of acupuncture by veterinarians. The site contains research reports and summaries of current research as well as a directory of US practitioners and links to other related sites.
