Exotic DiseasesImagesSystemic Diseases: Swine Fever (Hog Cholera) A feature of classical swine fever is the development of infarcts on the border of the spleen. There is no splenomegaly. Necrosis of the Peyers' patches can occur and in this case it is manifested by an diptheritic membrane.
