Document Delivery Service for Partners in Practice

Welcome to the University of Sydney Library. As Partners in Practice you have access to the University of Sydney Library's Document Delivery Service. Much of what you will need will be available electronically. However, if there is a journal article or a book that you need and it is not available electronically you can ask the library to send it to you. Please follow the procedures detailed below to ensure the efficient delivery of this service.

1. Use the online form to register

2. Then request articles and books via the online forms.
Note: use these request forms to request items from a University of Sydney Library. Please add 'at Camden' etc. in the 'Other information' field of the request form.

3. Journal articles that you have requested will be scanned and sent to your University web mail address as a PDF attachment.

4. We will post books to you and request that you cover the cost of return postage, or you can return them to a University of Sydney Library near you.

You have an 8 week loan period, but items that you have borrowed can be requested by other members of the library. If another borrower reqeusts an item that is on loan, your loan period will be reduced to one week from the date of that request.

Login to MyLibrary with your name and your library barcode number to check the status of all you loans, due dates, renewals and fines.

You should also check your email regularly for notices from the Library, including advice about recalled items.
